invites you to a seminar suspended between sky, sea, and clouds, at Casa La Paloma, in the hills above Camaiore.
A medicine house overlooking the horizon, where silence, beauty, and nature become part of the practice.
Just breathing here is medicine for the soul.
Through Postural Suspension the body gradually enters into a deep myofascial release.
The spine decompresses, breathing expands, the nervous system slows down and rebalances.
Many chronic tensions begin to ease naturally: back, neck, diaphragm, deep tiredness.
We often arrive tense, tired, “heavy”.
And we get up lighter, more open, more present.
Something is not “done”.
We listen to each other. We pause. We find each other again.
And at the end of the practice, the wonderful sunset over the Mediterranean awaits us
For those who wish to stay, we will share a simple, light dinner where everyone can bring something if they wish.
