✨ HERE AND NOW — I AM THE SKY, I AM NOT THE CLOUDS
Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th October - at the Sala del respiro Vitale:
2 experiential sessions, 2 per day
One in the morning (10.30-11.00) and one in the afternoon (16.00-17.00)
On October 17th and 18th we will be in Lucca, guests of the Qui ed Ora event, with conferences and experiential classes dedicated to presence, the body and that interior space that remains open even when life passes through very cloudy skies.
Together we will explore the body, breath, and presence through the practice and use of POSTURAL SUSPENSION tools.
What happens when what we understand ceases to be merely intellectual and mental information and becomes embodied experience?
An experience to live together, to return to the Here and Now, listen to what is there and leave space for what can emerge.
The clouds pass, the sky remains.
And we can learn to embody the presence of being the sky, not the clouds.
