Postural Suspension is a practice that guides the body towards greater awareness, promoting listening, breathing, proprioception and better regulation of the autonomic nervous system.

Through the tool, Soulspension®️, the body is supported in a state of safety and listening, where it can spontaneously explore new postural balances and a deeper quality of breathing.

The training integrates:

  • neuroscience

  • biomechanics

  • myofascial organization

  • interoception

  • relationship between posture, emotions and perception

The route includes:

  • back and postural chains

  • breathing, diaphragm and visceral brain

  • practical application on the person

  • supervision and final integration

The training follows a maieutic and experiential approach: each participant is guided to integrate the practice into their professional identity.

Each participant receives a Soulspension®️ complete with extender, included in the training.

Over the years, physiotherapists, osteopaths, yoga teachers, psychologists, counselors, wellness professionals, and movement professionals have participated.

The training dialogues with important contemporary contributions, including:

• Stephen Porges – Polyvagal Theory

• Thomas Myers – Myofascial Anatomy and Anatomy Trains

• and many other authors!

An invitation to discover a new way to support the body: not correcting, but creating the conditions for it to regain its balance.
