Postural suspension at Isola Felice Park

With great curiosity, we accepted the invitation from the beautiful Isola Felice Park in La Spezia.

It's a special place: trees, plenty of shade, a small café, children's games, a vegetable garden, and spaces where you can spend time together and breathe in the fresh air even on the hottest days.

We will meet on Wednesday, June 4th at 6:00 PM.

It will be an opportunity to introduce you to Soulspension and the practice of Postural Suspension, let you experience it firsthand, and see if there's interest in starting a summer course.

You are all invited.

If you already own a Soulspension, please bring it along. For those who don't already have one, we'll provide some tools to try out during the meeting.

It will also be a wonderful opportunity to get to know each other, reconnect, and share a moment of well-being in a truly welcoming place.
