This year the image that accompanies me is a pyramid in the woods.

Solid, rooted, luminous.

At the center, a living network of light:

the nervous system, which branches out like an internal tree

and brings presence, connection, orientation.

This year, more than the worry of having to…move on,

I feel the importance of knowing how to be.

Stay in the center.

Stay in the body.

Stay in the breath, nourish the energetic body, what is alive and luminous within us.

Stay in the feeling, rather than in the mind that mechanically judges itself and others

When the center is inhabited,

breathing is coherence of the heart, forgiveness, kindness and standing on one's own two feet becomes natural.

Choosing this center is choosing yourself,

breath after breath
