IV Namaste Festival!

4th Namaste celebration!

Saturday 11 May and Sunday 12 May you will find us at the Namasté Festival at the Lago Paradiso Park, in Florence!

Conference: The ancient art of pausing, devices and practices for a progressive awareness of body and posture, mind and emotions.

On Sunday 12 May, at 12.30 pm, Maria Patrizia Gavoni will hold a conference at the Teadro della Luna in Giardino.

An opportunity to discover or rediscover the practice of Postural Suspension, immersed in the green nature of the beautiful Lake Paradiso park!
