This year, the image that guides me is a pyramid in the forest.

Solid, grounded, luminous.

At the center, a living network of light:

the nervous system, branching like an inner tree,

bringing presence, connection, and orientation.

This year, more than the preoccupation of having to… move forward,

I feel the importance of learning to be.

Being in the center.

Being in the body.

Being in the breath, nurturing the energetic body, what is alive and luminous within us.

Being in the feeling, more than in the mind that mechanically judges itself and others

When the center is inhabited,

the breath becomes heart coherence

forgiveness, kindness, and standing on one’s own feet come naturally.

Choosing this center is choosing yourself,

breath by breath
