​We would like to preliminarily assure you that the care of our customers is our first interest.
Any of our activities are carried out in the interest of our customer and have the main objective of obtaining the highest possible level of customer satisfaction.
The site with the express inclusion of any existing third level domains is subject to Italian law and regulated by it.
SoulSpension is an official reseller of all products and brands that are offered for sale on this site, selling only excellent quality products

-DEFINITIONS
To allow for complete understanding and acceptance of the following terms and conditions, the following terms in singular and plural will have the meaning indicated below.

User: any person who accesses and uses the application
Consumer user: the adult natural person who purchases
Conditions or conditions of use: this contract which governs the relationships between the owner and the users
and the sale or supply of the products offered by the owner through the site.
The following document reports the general terms and conditions on the basis of which users are offered the use of the site which offers clothing, accessories and footwear. Access to and use of the site are activities governed by the following conditions of use, as is the purchase of any product and/or service,
they are activities that presuppose reading, knowledge and acceptance of these conditions, and in particular of the following pages published on this site: secure payments, shipping, returns and privacy.
Use of the site implies acceptance of the conditions by the user. In particular, the customer,
by sending an order through this site, you expressly authorize and without any reservation, pursuant to article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, to the processing of their personal data, for administrative and commercial uses, and accepts the conditions listed on the specific page called "Privacy policy".
Therefore anyone who accesses and/or uses services on the site expressly agrees with the owner that the site and the following conditions are governed by Italian law. The territorial jurisdiction will be that provided for by the Consumer Code, i.e. the place of residence or domicile of the consumer, if located in Italian territory.
The owner takes every useful precaution in order to assure its customers that the contents of the site are accurate and do not contain
information that is incorrect or out of date with respect to the date of its publication, however no responsibility is assumed towards users regarding the correctness,
completeness and updating of any content published on the site. Furthermore, the owner cannot guarantee its users that the site operates continuously, without interruptions and without errors or malfunctions, furthermore it declines any responsibility for any problems,
damages or risks that the user may encounter when using the site connected to the use of the internet, beyond their control. The owner will not be responsible for damages, losses and costs suffered by the user following failure to execute the contract for reasons not attributable to him,
the user having the right only to a possible full refund of the price paid. The owner does not
assumes no responsibility for any fraudulent or illicit use that may be made by third parties of credit cards and other means of payment,
as it does not come into contact in any way with the payment data used (credit card number, owner's name, password, etc.
) The owner will not be responsible for incorrect or unsuitable use of the site by users or third parties or the issue of the product to an incorrect address or recipient, the user himself being solely responsible for the correct insertion.
In no case can the owner be held responsible for a sum greater than double the cost paid by the user.
If the owner deems it necessary or even simply appropriate, at any time at his sole discretion, he may rectify, update in whole or in part, these conditions,
without giving any notice. The user is obliged to comply with the terms set out in these conditions, and is required to periodically check this page to verify any changes to the conditions, which will immediately become binding on the user as soon as they are published on the site.
The owner reserves the right to modify, at any time, the price of the products and any possible price changes will in no case prejudice the contracts already concluded before the modification.

To make a purchase on the site you must place a minimum purchase order of 50 euros.
The user undertakes to verify the correctness of the data reported in the order confirmation and to immediately communicate any errors to the owner and will keep a copy of his/her order, the related confirmation and the conditions.
The user undertakes to pay the price of the product in the times and ways indicated on the site and to communicate all the necessary data requested. Upon receipt of the product, the User is required to verify compliance with the order placed as well as the integrity of the packaging.
In the event that there is evident damage to the packaging and/or the product, the user can refuse delivery of the product and can return it directly to the sending courier without any cost to him. Once the document has been signed
of delivery,
the user will not be able to make any objection regarding the external characteristics of their deliveries. The owner will not be liable to any party or third party for damages, losses and costs suffered as a result of failure to perform the contract due to force majeure.
The products will be delivered to the address indicated by the user, in the manner and within the deadline indicated on the site. Delivery terms indicate the period of time usually necessary to deliver the product from the moment the courier takes charge.
In the event that it is not possible to supply the requested products, your order will not be accepted with relevant notice.
Instructions on the right of withdrawal, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 21/2014, art. 49, paragraph 4. The receipt by SoulSpension of the order, transmitted by the customer via electronic transmission,
constitutes a contractual proposal from the Customer. Acceptance of the contractual proposal takes place with the transmission by SoulSpension of the email confirming the shipment of the order.
If SoulSpension does not receive acceptance within 15 working days, the contractual proposal must be considered rejected.
. The user has the right to withdraw from the contract, without specifying the reasons, within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the user or a third party designated by the user, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal,
the user is required to inform SoulSpension of his decision to withdraw from this contract via an explicit declaration (letter sent by post, certified email or e-mail). In order to simplify the communication of withdrawal and speed up reimbursement times,
we invite you to exercise the right of withdrawal through the "my orders" section, present when logging in to your account or by writing to us via email at patgavoni@soulspension.com using the optional form that you will find on the "return policies" page . In this case,
it will not be necessary to send a letter by post or email. To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the user to send the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the period. If the user decides to withdraw from this contract,
will only bear the direct cost of returning the product and you will be refunded all payments you have made to us for that particular product, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which SoulSpension is informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
Refunds will be made in the event of a correctly exercised withdrawal and in the event that all the items contained in the order are returned. This refund will take place using the same payment method used by the user for the initial transition. The refund may be suspended until the goods are received or until the refund has been made

The owner will not accept the return if the product is damaged or used, in which case the owner will send the purchased product back to the sender, charging the shipping costs to the sender.
The user is responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. If you wish to withdraw from the contract,

RETURN POLICIES

You can return one or more items, without ever having used them, within 14 days of the delivery date (including holidays) and receive a refund equal to the price of the returned products. After this deadline, the return procedure will no longer be available. We cannot accept returns of items that are not in the same condition in which they were sent and received. Items are not exchanged. In the event of a faulty or damaged item, please contact us via email patgavoni@soulspension.com We will handle the request.

BEFORE RETURNING
Check that you have the following requirements before sending the goods and follow these simple instructions to ensure that the return is accepted and you can receive a refund as soon as possible:
• check that each product to be returned is in the same condition in which it was
originally shipped and packaged carefully and neatly;
• check that you still have the receipt located inside the package.
• check that all original labels are perfectly intact and have not been damaged
removed from the product, otherwise we cannot guarantee a refund of the product because i
products would no longer be salable;
• the returned product must not have been opened or used

IMPORTANT: if the conditions listed above are not respected we will not be able to accept the return. And refund you the amount paid but if you request it, the items will be sent back to you at your expense.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
1 - log in to your private area and click on "My orders";
2 - select the order that contains the items to be returned and click on "I want to return one or more
articles";
3 - select only the items you want to return and choose how you want to receive the refund;
You can also receive the refund in the form of a voucher to be spent within 6 months following the date
of emission.

RETURNS ARE FREE IN ITALY
Simply confirm (or change) the address that will be shown to you and book the collection. The courier will collect the goods within 2 working days, bringing with them the consignment note (you won't have to print anything!)

THE RETURN IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER OUTSIDE ITALY
To return your order you have the possibility to choose whether to use the Easy Return service or the return paid by the customer

MADE EASY
The Easy Return service includes home collection organized by SoulSpension. Our courier will collect the goods within 2 days, taking the waybill with him (you won't have to print anything!). The cost of the service depends on your country and has a variable cost (the exact amount will be visible before confirming the return);

RETURNED BY THE CUSTOMER
Return by customer allows you to choose the express courier you prefer. The costs are your responsibility and will depend on the service you have chosen.
On the Returns page, choose the option "I will use an express courier of my choice at my expense" and proceed with the return.
Once the return procedure has been completed, send the package containing the return to SoulSpension via Cavour n.8bis postcode 54033 Carrara (MS) Italy
If you decide to use customer returns to return your order, the package containing the return is under your responsibility until it is delivered to our warehouses. This means that we are not responsible for any loss, damage due to poor packaging or delay in delivery of the return.

REIMBURSEMENT
As soon as we receive the return, we will verify that all the conditions listed above have been respected: if the procedure has been carried out correctly we will make the refund, which will take place through the same payment method used during the purchase, excluding the initial shipping costs.
The refund usually occurs after a few days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and banking institution.
If the order was paid by cash on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer.
As an alternative to a refund, you can choose to receive a Store Credit - equal to the amount of the returned item - to be used on the entire catalog within the following 6 months.
We remind you that in the event of a partial return of an order in which a minimum spend was required and a value discount code was applied (e.g. €20 discount), if the residual value of the order, following the return, was lower than the minimum required spend, the discount applied will be deducted from the refund.

SHIPPING FEES
Shipping costs are borne by the owner and free for the customer, except for those ordering from abroad.
For those ordering from abroad, the shipping cost will be calculated by the owner based on the country and communicated to the customer before placing the final order (via email).
Shipments are traceable. At the time of shipment, the tracking code is sent, through which you can follow the progress of the shipment, 24 hours a day, on the courier's website.
We have selected two express couriers that we use depending on the destination of the order, to guarantee the best service. In some cases the two couriers could entrust the delivery to other couriers, depending on the destination address. You can always rely on SoulSpension for any doubts.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT SHIPPING
-ORDER INSURANCE
All shipments are insured against damage or loss. The insurance is free and will be valid until the goods are delivered to the address indicated by the buyer. Therefore, to guarantee the service, it is your responsibility to actually collect the order. We suggest you organize yourself in time and possibly contact our Customer Care if you are not in a position to collect the order.

-POSSIBLE DELAYS
In rare cases, it is possible that the shipment of the order may be delayed due to payment processing. For example, in the event that the authorization of the payment by the respective credit cards (or PayPal) is delayed. Or if the crediting of the bank transfer that has been made is delayed by two working days. Orders are delivered to the courier for shipping in chronological order, based on the times of receipt of payment. Orders with express shipping are always processed with priority over orders with standard shipping. Orders received Monday through Friday are processed within 72 hours of the order being placed. Couriers do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and other public holidays. Furthermore, in the following periods of the year, due to large order traffic, order processing times may be delayed by up to 6/7 days. In these cases we will guarantee our assistance for any of your doubts or needs:
• January 1st and 6th
• Easter and Easter Monday
• 25 April
• May 1
• June 2nd
• August 15th
• November 1st
• 8, 25 and 26 December
• Black Friday, flash offers etc...

PACKAGE TAMPERING
If the package appears to have been tampered with, we advise you to accept the package "with reserve" (this is your right) or refuse it. If one of these conditions occurs, contact us as soon as possible: we will need useful information to report the incident to the relevant courier.

DELIVERY FAILURE
In the event that the order is not delivered because the address or telephone number is incorrect or absent, the package may be returned to SoulSpension at your expense, including any costs that SoulSpension must incur for the return of the goods.
